All permanent and customized jewelry pieces are final sale. On all other products, we offer exchanges within 14 days with proof of purchase. Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for exchange.
All items must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging

Fuze Jewelry is not responsible for shipping costs for online order exchanges.
Fuze Jewelry has the right to deny any exchange and have the item(s) returned to the customer.
Permanent Jewelry Warranty
We offer complimentary repairs on Fuze permanent jewelry within the first 6 months after purchase. You must bring in the chain with you to be repaired. We do not offer replacements for lost pieces. After 6 months, we can still repair your piece for a $15 re-weld fee.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Standard delivery usually takes around 4-7 business days.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
