The Fuze Team is looking for a part-time Sales Associate/Fuzer 3-5 days a week with weekend availability to work at their West Hollywood location. Training will include how to weld our permanent jewelry.

DUTIES

Operate the welding machine in a safe and efficient manner (training provided)

Build client relationships through friendly and meaningful interactions

Engage with clients to understand their needs and help guide them in their personalized selections

Demonstrate styling expertise and brand knowledge

Stay up to date on upcoming events, sales, and product releases

Track inventory sold throughout shift

Process cash or card transactions if needed

HOURS/COMPENSATION

$20.00/hr + tips

Part time, preferably 20-30 hrs per week

REQUIREMENTS

Previous retail experience required

Previous experience in jewelry retail preferred

Has excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity, a sharp eye, and highly detail oriented

Strong communication skills

Ability to create connections with customers and provide a personalized experience

Proactive and able to multitask

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Part time, preferably 15-20 hrs per week

Fuze Jewelry is looking for a results driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. This position will report to ownership and interface with them often, building a trusting relationship and gaining opportunity for growth within the company. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Assign, distribute, and verify inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Ensures availability of merchandise by requesting restocks when supplies and merchandise are running low in a timely manner

Secures merchandise by ensuring adherence to security standards and procedures

Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by ensuring cleanliness, standards of conduct, and legal compliance

WORK HOURS & BENEFITS

Full time, Thursday through Monday 10:30am-6:30pm

Additional or adjusted hours may be occasionally required

$26 per hour

Tip eligible when Fuzing

Potential for bonuses based on store performance
